After the Auction Next Steps

  1. Buyer Requirements

  2. Submit Payment: Send a full wire transfer to WasteAuctions for the item won within 5 business days of the auction close.
  3. Receive Documentation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a receipt via email.
  4. Coordinate Pickup: Contact the Seller directly to schedule a time to collect the item.
  5. Finalize Transaction: Present your receipt to the Seller at pickup and sign the WasteAuctions Release Form.

Seller Payment: WasteAuctions will issue payment to the Seller via the provided instructions within 7 to 10 business days after receiving both completed forms.

Seller Requirements

Verify Payment: Wait for a confirmation email from WasteAuctions notifying you that the Buyer has paid before allowing a pickup. Prepare Paperwork: Check your email for the WasteAuctions Release Form and the Payment Information Form. Release the Item: At the time of pickup, verify the Buyer’s receipt and ensure the Buyer signs the Release Form. Submit for Payment: Return the executed Release Form (signed by the Buyer) and your Payment Information Form to WasteAuctions.
