Buyer Fees:

• Buy Now & Make Offer Purchases: A flat fee of $250.00 per item applies for items over $1,000.00. (e.g., a $100,000 item costs $100,250 total). 

Payment Information:    

Payment Due Date: All invoices must be paid within 5 business days.

• Payment Methods: Items over $5,000.00: Wire transfer is the only accepted payment method.
• Items under $5,000.00: Credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer are accepted (credit card usage fees apply).

• Instructions: Wire transfer information will be included on your final winning invoice. Please wait for an email with final invoice numbers before making any payments.

Item Inspection and Condition

• Inspection: Bidders may inspect property by appointment only prior to bidding. Use the 'Contact Seller' feature for arrangements or general questions.
• Condition: Most items are used and may have defects. By bidding, you agree to these terms. All bids are considered a binding legal contract to purchase the item(s) if you win.
